As a reception manager, you are probably responsible for the most important department in the SCHWARZWALD PANORAMA when it comes to direct contact with guests. You know all the processes and every handle at the reception in- and out by heart, leave nothing to rest and are the Master of Communicationmit with all the other departments in the house. With your radiant smile, every guest melts the heart and you feel an extraordinarily high level of human knowledge and empathy.

Your daily tasks:

• Monitoring and active working of the following tasks: • Check in and out by guests incl. Credit card handling • Supporting the info hotline and email address and the chatbot • Responsibility and correct provision of guest tickets • information sharing and coordination with all relevant departments • Interface management Housekeeping • Sale & Upselling Rooms, Lädle (our hotel shop), R&B and SPA services • Action of guest parking
