Graduate degree (Diplom, Master) of the Department of Urban and Water Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Similar Multiannual professional experience in managing and managing projects Knowledge of water management projects Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (VgV, VOB, HOAI) Impressed leadership and performance motivation, good communication, critique and conflictability as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action

Compensation shall be carried out in accordance with the transfer of activity and its substantive activity characteristics, as well as the completion of the training/vocational training required for this purpose, in accordance with the contract Wasserwirtschaft NRW (TV-WW/NW) in the remuneration group 13. The specific classification of the level within the remuneration group depends on the relevant professional experience. In addition to the basic tariff remuneration, a tariff variable, performance-oriented premium payment may be granted if the conditions are met.
