The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• Develop innovative, analytical data products and architectures to improve our business processes
• Bring analytical applications from proof-of-concept to production and ensure their quality and sustainability
• Respond to the software development process and set new standards for development and deployment
• Use the toolbox of a software and DevOps Engineer to convert the requirements of AI products into productive applications
• Work in interdisciplinary agile teams with AI engineers, product owners and specialist areas
• Acting as a coach and mentor for teammates with the sense of analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues

Your profile

• Enthusiasm for software development and the creation of varied data products
• Multiannual experience in software development, e.g. with Python or C/C++ in the AI environment
• Good knowledge of the architecture of applications and software development cycle (e.g. CI/CD, DevOps, GitOps, MLOps, Testing)
• Experience in cloud, containerization and IoT Big Data, ideally with MS Azure, Kubernetes and ArgoCD
• Knowledge of common IoT technologies and edge-optimized environments for machine learning (CUDA, ONNX, TensorRT, ...)
• Analytical skills, agile mindset, self-employment and hand-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Complete study of informatics or talented side beginners
