As a specialist Personaladministration & Recruiting (m/w/d) you support the company along the entire employee lifecycle and are an important contact person for both employees and applicants. You are contact for employees in all administrative and personal matters You support the creation and switching of job advertisements and accompany the recruitment process from the application examination to the appointment coordination You carry out the first screening and pre-qualification of incoming applications and are in exchange with applicants and specialist departments You take care of the creation and maintenance of personal documents as well as the management of personal files and time management data You contribute to HR projects and support the optimization and further development of existing human resources processes

You have completed commercial training and ideally first professional experience in human resources.
