Your tasks You ensure compliance with quality requirements and deadlines. You take over the disposition of orders, especially in the Maler & Lackierer factory, and you are responsible for coordinating all follow-up orders. Through process optimization and predictive resource planning, you are actively contributing to increasing efficiency in the daily business. You take over the organizational control of craft businesses and after-contractors and ensure clear processes. You are responsible for the collection, disposition, implementation and billing of orders – as well as for the Monteur application planning. In addition, you perform administrative tasks reliably and structured.

Your profile You have a completed artisanal or commercial training. Professional experience in the Maler & Lackierer Gewerk is of advantage – but no need. You bring business knowledge and have a good understanding of processes and processes. Self-employed work, self-initiative and sense of responsibility are your strengths. You convince by a pronounced service, customer and result orientation. The safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, is natural for you. SAP knowledge is desirable, but not absolutely necessary.
