Sales & Service Agent (Telephony) - Food Service [temporary]

You design the telephone address of potential business customers, agree tasting dates and ensure the correct collection and maintenance of all relevant customer data. You actively support the relationship with existing customers by regularly contacting the master files and using the phone to generate sales opportunities - especially with customers who are not regularly visited. In close coordination with the field service, you identify customer needs and provide relevant information in a targeted manner. Reactivation of inactive customers is also part of your task by developing targeted measures and submitting individual offers. You contribute to quality assurance by documenting conversation results and pflegt in the CRM system.

You have experience in telephone customer contact, ideally in the B2B environment, wholesale or sales services. A good feeling for customer needs as well as sales thinking characterize you. Ideally complemented by knowledge in the food or out-of-home market. You are sure to deal with CRM systems and common office applications and you can express yourself clearly and understandably even in more complex situations. In addition, you bring a solid understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management and convince by communication strength and pleasure in calling. You work structured, independent and reliable, show a high self-motivation and pay particular attention to accuracy in data management. Flowing German knowledge, good English and team skills in cooperation with the field service and other departments complete your profile.
