In a challenging international environment, you take responsibility to accompany our process managers in application projects from process recording to modelling to realisation. Ensuring the avoidance of dependencies on the Technical Dept as well as the use of advantages due to the proximity to the platform standard and its further developments

Consultation and support of the Zeiss-internal departments based on their own expertise

Support in the collection and analysis of requirements

Ensuring compliance with requirements and compliance with the technical requirements in Solution Design

Ensuring the safety of responsible products and solutions

Close cooperation with other ServiceNow product teams on overarching topics

Participation as an essential part of the DevOps product team

Completed studies in computer science or comparable

Found professional experience and detectable successes as ServiceNow Solution Architect / Business Analyst in the relevant ServiceNow products

Detectable experience in controlling ServiceNow implementation projects

Extensive experience in the integration of third-party systems through various integration technologies

Excellent background as ServiceNow or Full Stack Developer

Ideally ITIL Foundation Level Certification and Project Management Certification

Confidence with agile working worlds as well as agile and hybrid project structures combined with a strong team player mentality
