Master electrician/electrical engineer as technical trainer (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as active support in our training and training team at the educational centre in Brandenburg an der Havel. You are responsible for the exchange of content for training as well as for training courses of electrical specialists, in particular for digital training topics (for example for intelligent/digital local network stations). In addition, you are the first contact person for our trainees and conduct the training process independently and guide the trainees in theoretical and practical training contents. As an instructor, you drive digitization forward and accompany our learners on their way to a digital world. In addition, you will prepare the trainees for examinations and prepare specialist topics for knowledge transfer methodically. You plan and coordinate the work materials and ensure optimal workflows in training and training. Creating assessments of trainees and conducting feedback talks are also a key part of your field of activity.

You have a degree as a master with the technical field of electrical engineering and ideally an instructor training or you are ready to acquire these qualifications. Working with the current MS Office applications is not a challenge for you. Ideally, you are familiar with modern presentation and training methods. The work in a team of learners enriches you.
