As part of the largest DRK blood donation service network in Germany ensures the DRK-BLUTSPENDED NORD-OST with about 1,000 Employees supplying clinics and practices in five German Länder – from classical blood products to more modern Stem cell therapy. We cover around 75% of regional needs and make an indispensable contribution to the Patient care.

REQUIREMENTS

• They are all standard for transfusion medicine blood components and responsible for their quality assurance

• They learn basic and special methods of Immunohaematology, Immunogenetics and Infection Diagnostics the laboratory department

• They work in the immunohematological laboratory (serology and molecular diagnostics) and take over the review and release of the medical findings

• They advise medical colleagues and nurses of the Clinics and hospitals of the region laboratory and hemotherapeutic questions

• You clarify side effects as part of hemotherapy and evaluate these

• They are in the transfusion medical areas of the he doctoral degree as well as risk and quality management

• They release blood products electronically

• You participate in the medical readiness service

PROFIL

• Completed medical studies and recognized in Germany Approbation

• Ideally 18 months of work experience in a Transfusion medicine recognised clinical specialist
