Graduate degree (Master or equivalent) in the fields of Business Administration, Medicine, Natural or Life Sciences Experiences in project management, ideally in medical research with classical and agile management procedures and methods Ability to accurately analyze requirements, prepare target group specific and to promote their implementation both proactively and document their progress Extensive care, stylistic security and communication strength as well as the interest and necessary empathy to control and motivate project teams Language knowledge of German and English, Dutch of advantage
