As a technically experienced customer success manager, you develop strategically important customers and partners technically well-founded, long-term oriented and always with the goal of creating sustainable added value You are the voice of your customers within genoa and actively introduce their requirements in product, sales and service roadmaps You plan, tax and manage technically complex customer projects from requirement analysis to successful completion Together with the Account Manager Sales, you create a strong team at eye level and act as a central interface between customers, partners and internal stakeholders You are the technical trustee for your customers, tax a transparent expectation management and ensure a high customer satisfaction You coordinate escalations, analyze sustainable solutions together with the teams involved and accompany their implementation You support demanding alerts, answer technical questions and document results

A technical study or an IT-related training with several years of professional experience in a comparable role Thanks to your well-founded knowledge of network technologies and architectures: (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, TCP/IP) you can conduct technical discussions with network and security experts at eye level A high affinity for IT security products and concepts, also in the regulated environment. Experience in managing technical IT projects, ideally in complex environments with multiple stakeholders Impressed analytical and conceptual skills and clear prioritization, even though much burns at the same time Predictive thinking: You recognize problems early and know how you solve them sovereignly Outstanding customer orientation and strong communication skills in German (at least C1) and English
