As an energy consultant (m/w/d), you are the central player for all energy-economic changes and their integration into the operational processes. You observe the market, analyze regulatory developments and control the implementation of new or changed requirements within the Bayreuth municipal works.

Power in digitizing and optimizing energy-economic processes Control and moderation of internal projects for the implementation of energy requirements (e.g. implementation of format and process changes, GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM) Analysis and control of legal and regulatory changes (e.g. EnWG, MaKo, Redispatch 2.0) Coordination between market roles and disciplines such as network, MSB, supplier and IT Development and documentation of new processes and processes Communication of changes to internal stakeholders and management Representation of interests for the Municipalities of Bayreuth in specialised bodies, working groups and associations

You have a successfully completed study in the field of energy, economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification Alternatively, you will bring multi-year, well-founded practice and experience from the energy industry You have extensive knowledge in project management and process design Their work characterises analytical and structured approach, combined with self-initiative and pronounced problem-solving competence You bring strength and communication and can thus positively accompany changes
