We offer you an exciting service at BMW Munich. As a specialist service consultancy, you are co-responsible for ensuring optimal consulting and support for service customers:in consideration of the qualitative and quantitative objectives. Kund:Inside orientation is lived as a model.

What do you expect? As part of your activity, you are responsible for carrying out the service consultation on the vehicle together with the customer:in. In addition, you are responsible for consulting and selling exposed repair potentials and vehicle accessories. Identification and realization of cross-selling potentials also fall into your task area. You accept performance, price and appointments for the order amount compared to the customer:in. Agreement of payment terms and creation of cost estimates are part of your activities. Ensuring the customer's mobility and conducting complaint talks represent a challenging task for you. What are you doing? Complete vocational training as an automobile businessman or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the car house as well as pleasure at the customer:internal contact. Class B licence. Affinity for products from the BMW Group.
