Design of machining processes and planning of the design of flexible automated production cells with universal machines according to customer requirements Implementation of plant design in cooperation with the customer and the sale Close coordination with the development for project-specific special constructions of the machines Accompanying the Technology and Application Center (TAZ) in sample processing and design of the appropriate automation concept Customer support in the area of contract manufacturing, medical technology, tool and mold construction, aerospace, automotive industry incl. Animal 1 & 2 and general mechanical engineering Preparation of technical tender documents according to the request specification and customer load specifications, execution of the machine calculations and control of the costing documents Creation of technical presentations and performance of offerings with customers Planning of the interpretation of tension concepts, preparation of time studies and processing strategies and implementation of tolerance considerations Regular coordination with the specialist departments and integration of suppliers Participation in national mechanical engineering trade fairs and presentation of products for our customers as part of the fair team Responsibility for sales-side project support as part of change management

Multiannual experience in the field of machining and a completed mechanical engineering study or a further training for technicians Professional experience in the design of machining processes on CNC milling machines and with automated production systems Communication strength to build a close customer loyalty Structured working, self-initiative and enforcement Problemless handling of MS Office and CAD systems in the 2D and 3D areas Good English knowledge of word and writing as well as readiness to travel for national and international customer visits
