Specialist Global Mobility (m/w/d) in Bochum, Munich, Trier or Waldenburg

Workation and relocation are not foreign words for you. You will have plenty of experience on all the topics related to the short and long-term dispatch of employees. In our team, you are the first point of contact for international employees within the eiSos group. You keep an overview of current legal issues in the target countries and agree closely with internal and external interfaces. For smooth processes, you create intercultural experiences. Ensure everything: organizing and accompanying employee returns from the first request to reintegration Organize activities: Support for shipments and relocation between third countries Advising employees: Care of workation Designing new things: contributing to the implementation of a new Global Mobility Policy Develop synergies: Close cooperation with internal (e.g. personnel/financial department) and external (e.g. tax consultancy) departments

Basics: degree in economics and social sciences and at least 3 years of professional experience in one of the areas of posting, tax consultancy, residence and work title or social security Knowledge: expertise in tax and social security law, labour law and immigration Communication: Very good knowledge of German and English Strengths: Structured and Analytical Working, Fast Conception and Sensitivity
