The Virtual University of Bavaria (vhb) as a joint institution supports the universities in Bavaria in the development and inter-universal use of online teaching. The office of vhb accompanies the development process as a funding institution and provides technical systems for providing the digital teaching/learning opportunities. A full-time job (100 %, 40 hours / week) is to be filled in the office of the Virtual University of Bavaria in Bamberg at the next possible point in time to two years as Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Bereich Online-Lehre (vhb) (compensation according to TV-L to E 11) Reference number T11/2026 The creation and implementation of the online courses are carried out by university teachers and are funded by us. The project management advises and accompanies teachers in the application, development and technical provision as well as during the implementation period of the online courses. It is also a task of project management to work with the central services at universities in order to make our offers known to universities and to increase visibility.

Consultation and support of project participants at universities in terms of the development of learning materials, both in terms of the use of authoring tools such as H5P and the use of our platforms Processing of support enquiries and cooperation for target group-specific information events on our offer formats Administrative support for the development and use of the courses, including quality assurance Cooperation in the funding process in the form of consultation on and processing of applications Measures in the field of public relations and marketing

Higher education with at least good degree and ideally with didactic / educational references Practical experience in e-learning, a strong IT affinity and basic knowledge and application competence in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence In addition, desirable: experience in the application and administration of learning forms such as Moodle, experience in the application of author software H5P and knowledge in HTML Ability to work independently in the team Good organizational skills, flexibility and resilience Target group-oriented communication skills Extensive understanding of administrative procedures
