Number: MER0003XI2 Mercedes-Benz Cars Procurement & Supplier Quality (MP) introduces: MP is responsible for an annual purchase volume in the double-digit billion range. With the support of nearly 1,500 suppliers in Germany and abroad, we supply our worldwide production plants with the necessary materials. We have shopping locations in Germany, South Africa, China, India, Mexico and Argentina. As a team “Global Industrialization Management” we are responsible for the successful coordination and support in the industrialization of all supplier sizes. This means that we ensure that the delivery volumes are available in the correct quality and the necessary quantity of production. If necessary, we will take appropriate support measures to ensure the responses. Our team is in close contact with many different specialist areas of Mercedes Benz AG (development, logistics, purchasing, quality, etc.) and thus provides an insight into the various functions and processes. Through a global Tier 1 supply chain with corresponding subcontractors, the importance of successful industrialization is becoming increasingly important within the company. As a result, we have a direct and tangible impact on the company's success. These challenges include: Organization and coordination of training dates worldwide Support in the design and creation of training content/substances Creation of a template and guide package Support in administrative tasks The activity can begin from March 2026.
