Own-sponsored creation and maintenance of project schedules in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project for supply, engineering, manufacturing and commissioning phases of complex plant construction projects (focus: chlor-alkaline and hydrogen electrolysis). Regular implementation of progress determinations, target-actual comparisons, critical path analyses and trend analyses. Active management of the project schedule by creating and maintaining internal and external reports; direct contact of the project management for all relevant topics.
