You are the first contact person for those interested in our debt regulation and insolvency services You analyze the individual situation of our interested parties and accompany them from first contact to the successful conclusion of the contract Through professional, trusted and targeted advice, you convince interested parties of our service and win new clients for our company (No cold acquisition) You conduct personal telephone calls, control your processes independently and keep an overview at any time You recognize the needs of your interlocutors and find the right balance between empathy, economic thinking and convincing advice Together with your team, you will ensure a high level of consulting quality and continuously optimize our processes

You have a completed commercial training or comparable professional experience with customer contact Ideally you bring experience from customer consulting, sales, account management, banking, insurance or service environment You communicate confidently, build trust quickly and convince with your personality It motivates you to accompany people in key decisions while contributing to corporate success You work structured, independent and do not lose sight of multiple processes Team spirit, service orientation and the willingness to look beyond the edge of the plate are the key Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
