In the field of surgery there is cooperation with an external hospital. The focus of treatment in the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy is, in particular, psychosis, depressive disorders, adaptation disorders as well as addiction disorders and their secondary disorders, but also increasingly geronto-psychiatric disorders. The hospital has two acute-psychiatric stations, a station for chronically mentally ill people, a station for long-term deprivation treatment and an interdisciplinary station for mentally ill women in justice. The range of services corresponds to a psychiatric specialist hospital of regular care with basic diagnostics in the house and further diagnostics in cooperation with external institutions.
