Customer Operations Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist (m/w/d) battery recycling in full time.

You are the central contact partner:in and interface for: The onboarding of new suppliers and the implementation of customer contracts Coordination of Logistics Processes between Customers and Operational (Supply Chain & Production) Creation of orders & invoices The exchange of material samples and the coordination and follow-up of the analysis reports The creation and maintenance of quality reports All relevant processes are carefully documented by you; You recognize optimization potentials quickly and implement them in a targeted manner. Workflows are designed efficiently and service-oriented – with the aim of constantly improving the satisfaction of customers and partners. In cooperation with the financial team, you will ensure a timely and correct accounting and payment processing. Compliance with relevant EU regulations, legal regulations and internal guidelines will always keep you in mind for your task. You work closely with the international commercial team of our parent company Redwood Materials.

A completed economic or technical study or equivalent qualification through a commercial training with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience (3–5 years) in supply chain, logistics, disposition, distribution or mass flow management Ideally experience in the waste management industry or trade in batteries, raw materials or metals Sovereign and Treatable Appearance in German and English – further language skills are advantageous A structured, independent way of working and fun in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Passion for sustainability and the goal to actively contribute to the circular economy You are willing to spend at least 30% of the monthly working hours at our production site in Bremerhaven and schedule two to three days a month for customer visits within Europe.
