**Housemaster with electrotechnical focus*

Your work focus **

• Monitoring and control of domestic engineering (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electric)
• Implementation of small electrical installations and repairs according to safety regulations
• Coordination of external service providers and craftsmen
• Documentation of maintenance work and notification of malfunctions
• Compliance with occupational safety and fire protection regulations
• Ensuring a smooth building operation

• Complete training as an electrician, electrical installer or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in building management or building engineering
• Craft skills and technical understanding
