Commercial Contract and Risk Manager (m/f/d)

You work closely with the sales team, the management and cross-functional stakeholders to design, examine and negotiate a variety of business agreements such as framework contracts. You are available as regional contact persons for all contractual requests. You advise managers on potential risks in business agreements and provide clear recommendations for action to support sound decisions. You ensure that the business objectives and compliance requirements of Excelitas are maintained at all times. You are responsible for the implementation and compliance of internal guidelines and processes for the approval of customer offers. In addition, you will develop and implement process improvements to make risk analysis and assessment in the company more efficient.

First state exams of law or Bachelor of Laws required; Master of Laws desirable. At least 5 years of experience in the design and negotiation of trade agreements in a corporate law department. Knowledge of the principles of contract design in commercial law, risk assessment and negotiation strategies. experience with manufacturing and supply contracts; Experience with development contracts of advantage. Ability to work independently, structured and result-oriented in a dynamic and complex environment, including the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, to set priorities, and to manage time and deadlines efficiently. Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Joy in cooperation in international teams and a high level of team orientation. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
