(Senior) Manager – SAP Business Data Cloud in the Data Management team (m/f/d)

Embossing our technological development and becoming strategically sought-after consultant*in: With your expertise in SAP Analytics & Reporting, you create future-proof cloud architectures. You support customers in building and expanding SAP BW (7.5 on HANA or /4 HANA) and accompany the cloud transfer with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud. As a link between technology, expertise and management, you are driving innovation and implementation. Analyze: You take data, systems, and processes under the eye of interdisciplinary teams and cover reporting and analytics requirements while taking into account modern cloud architectures.

Plan: With your know-how, you develop data and analysis models as well as integrated planning scenarios, both in existing DWH landscapes and on the basis of the SAP Business Data Cloud.

Guess: You act as a Trusted Advisor and showcase strategic development paths for innovative SAP analytics and reporting solutions, launch implementation roadmaps and evaluate technological possibilities.

With the help of SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office, you create reporting and analytics solutions, consolidate data from SAP and non-SAP systems and secure data quality. Buildings: You implement modern data architectures, data products as well as governance and authorization concepts within the SAP Business Data Cloud and ensure integration into existing systems and the use of AI solutions.

Coordinate: You control technical questions in all phases of the project and ensure smooth coordination between departments, IT and management.

Lead: You take responsibility for projects and interdisciplinary teams, ensure quality, budget and customer satisfaction.

Create: You are writing business intelligence, analytics & reporting, accompanying transformation projects towards the cloud and representing x1F on customer events.

Networking: You bring business areas together to expand the SAP Analytics & Reporting Portfolio including data integration, cloud transformation and data governance to a holistic end-to-end offering.

Introduction: You share your knowledge of other data management solutions such as Databricks and AI integration to make projects sustainable.

Knowledge: SAP analysis and reporting tools, in particular SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office. Nice-to-have: Qlik Sense, Power BI and AI-based analysis functions

Experience: ETL and DWH solutions, sound know-how in SAP BW and/or SAP Datasphere and ideally practical experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and BW transfer to BDC

Competence: Conception of modern cloud data architectures, especially in the interaction of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAP BDC

Skills: SQL and databases (preferably SAP HANA), complemented by other programming languages

Professional experience: Business Intelligence, Analytics or Reporting, ideally in the banking or insurance environment or in a consulting house, with a resilient network.

Management experience: Building and expanding SAP BI/Analytics teams and further developing appropriate market offers

Project Management: Experience in the management of projects as well as in the professional or disciplinary management of employees

Language knowledge: very good German (C1) and English (C1)
