What you do with us:

Your task is to co-design and drive the digitalization of analog processes and solutions as well as the digital transformation of the REWE Group's Human Resources area. This focuses on the solutions you are responsible for in the markets. You develop and optimize the customer's solution in the SAP HCM and ensure ongoing support for the existing services. The focus is on customizing, detaching the WebDynpro with contemporary Fiori surfaces and 3rd level support. For the precise interaction of different technical components (on-premise, cloud, portal applications such as the SAP Workzone, etc.), you can arrange for the current and future personal processes in the markets. Analyze HR data and process processes in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environment, guide optimization potentials and leverage AI technologies to sustainably improve data-based decisions and personal business processes.

Technologies (SAP HCM onPremise, Successs Factors, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Workzone etc.) are for you not only Buzzwords, but you also have experiences in dealing with them. You are convinced by a high digital affinity, the willingness to continue further education in the field of artificial intelligence and the ability to translate new technologies into technical and technical concepts in a practical way. You have already experienced agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and know where it is useful to use them. As a team player with analytical competence and communication skills, you can think in processes and anticipate effects on the interfaces. You communicate with your fingertips and empathy – both in writing and oral. Thanks to our company language, we presuppose flowing German and good English skills.
