TÜV Rheinland CERT GmbH (CERT), part of the TÜV Rheinland People & Business Assurance division, stands for the highest level of competence and quality in the auditing & certification of companies according to the standard management system standards such as 9001 & 14001 but also in-house standards or special standards such as IATF or IFS. You take over the planning, implementation and preparation of cross-industry audits in compliance with internal procedures. You are responsible for document auditing, including audit reporting according to the formal and content requirements. You take over the management of audits on site or remotely in the function of the senior auditor (w/m/d). This includes the recording of the strengths, deviations, recommendations and the evidence provided. Furthermore, you are responsible for the clarification of the certificate contents and provide professional support to the distribution. You promote customer loyalty through quality-conscious auditing and appearance.

A completed study or comparable training (e.g. in the field of tourism, hospitality, project management...) Professional experience in the application and implementation of quality management systems and further training in the quality sector (e.g. quality management officerr, quality managerin, quality auditor*in) Experience in the planning and implementation of audits Ability to question customer processes and openness to acquire non-industrial knowledge and an empathic appearance German language and writing skills and good English skills Pleasure to work in the field (readiness to travel: about 60%)
