Tasks You lead the financial management department with around 50 employees and report directly to the management. You are responsible for financial statements, economic and investment planning as well as budget negotiations and are in regular exchange with our holding company. You develop reporting and control instruments and are responsible for the implementation and consistent follow-up of our action programme. Together with your teams, you will develop exciting projects, such as MD-safe case control and documentation, or the optimization of processes from patient intake to billing. You drive forward the digitization and standardization of commercial processes – such as digital billing. You accompany our new building project as well as other investment and strategic structural projects from a commercial perspective.

You have completed economic studies, ideally with a focus on health economics and a comparable qualification. You have several years of relevant professional experience in finance or controlling in hospital or clinic management. You have well-founded knowledge in the field of hospital and social legislation. You have the pleasure of personal management and development. You radiate innovative strength and joy in shaping company-wide change processes. You bring together the will to design and implement and resilience in modernising growing financial structures.
