On July 1, 2021 we opened a new intensive care centre directly in Wahlstedt. We – the Fördepflege-Team – provide intensive and breathable people as an outpatient care service. In our new base in Wahlstedt we work as part of the cared for housing, so you can reach our clients directly on site. For our residents we wish to have loving care, care and individual precautions to enable them to live the greatest possible independence and dignity. And for that we need YOU! Our team in Kiel is looking forward to strengthening. We are looking for Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Full or part-time (30 – 40 hours/week) Fördepflege specialises in the high-quality care and care of people who are subject to intensive care and breathing, the care takes place in the apartments of the clients and the common rooms in a 24-hour service. As our task, we understand that clients are able to live by self-employment, dignity and as many amenities as possible. It is very important for us to include family members in the care process. The holistic continuing and continuing training of employees is your heart. With appropriate measures, you coordinate training, carry out further training and are additionally responsible for the guidance of the employees.

Organisation, safeguarding and review of needs-based care, treatment and care measures Ensuring and further developing quality management in compliance with and complying with statutory provisions Updating and supplementing QMH Participation in in- & external quality tests, optimization of process processes Implementation of care visas and audits Participation and management of quality circles Creation of annual training plans in cooperation with nursing services Cooperation with the Central Quality Management Creation of monthly reports taking into account all risk areas Support and training of employees in the implementation of care documentation

You have completed a vocational training course in the fields of nursing, health care and nursing or health care and care for children In addition, you have a training in quality management (at least 160 hours) or as a care service (at least 460 hours) You can present a multi-year professional experience in full-time employment as a nursing professional With your customer- and targeted, reliable and structured work, you will delight employees and contractors You are communicative and prove social strength in dealing with people Good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, ideally also knowledge of Geocon, DAN and OPAS
