THE MATERIALS A holistic setup that reflects all relevant processes – from purchasing to content, operations and marketing to data-based control. We purchase directly from the brand and take over the entire operational implementation – for maximum scalability and performance on platforms such as Zalando, About You, OTTO, Amazon & Co.

Booking and Recording: You take the correct collection, confirmation and booking of bills, bank account statements as well as payment navigation. Billing: You control and book the travel cost bills as well as credit card bills. Account setting: You carry out the monitoring of open items. Payment: You prepare payment transactions for creditor accounting, control and execute them. Analysis: You develop further evaluations and analyses and support team management and management. Process optimization: You work proactively on improving and automating processes.

You have successfully completed a commercial training or study, or a similar qualification You bring two years of professional experience in general accounting Your understanding is that liquidity is the central foundation of a company and you actively contribute to optimizing it with your daily tasks. You have knowledge about good MS Office / Google Workspace and are safe to use accounting software, preferably SAP Business One You have very good German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) in word and writing
