Together with your team, you are responsible for the preparation, implementation, control, documentation and control of online campaigns. You keep the market in mind and recognize new trends, platforms, advertising forms and processes. You're a driver of innovation and you're setting new impulses for your field. You are an expert in the field of digital media and advises your colleagues on all questions about online campaigns. You get a lot of responsibility and design space with the possibility of your own development. You have several years of professional experience in Campaign Management, Programmatic Advertising or Ad Management. You bring first leadership experience, take responsibility and know how to motivate and develop employees. You meet your team at eye level, always have an open ear for your colleagues and individually promote their skills. You have a technical affinity regarding tracking, web analytics, ad management and a high number understanding. You convince by independent work, are committed and happy to take responsibility. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
