Employees Digital Service Processes and Applications (m/f/d)

You actively shape the further development of our digital service processes and applications and introduce their own ideas to make processes more efficient, more modern and user-friendly You accompany exciting digitalization projects in the service environment – from the acceptance of technical requirements to the test phase to the successful introduction of new functions As a central interface, you coordinate user enquiries, analyze challenges and develop tailor-made solutions together with specialist areas, service workshops, IT and external partners Ensure the quality of our digital solutions by performing system and function tests, documenting results and identifying optimization potentials You support users in the use of digital systems, perform training and create understandable instructions as well as practical process documentation

You don't have to be an IT specialist. It is more important to us that you are interested in digital applications, work structured and enjoy communicating between people, processes and systems. You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideally, you will bring first professional experience in customer service, project environment, process management or in support of applications and digital systems with You are interested in digital solutions, modern working methods and the pleasure of working in new systems, processes and technologies The safe handling of Microsoft Office is of course for you; Experiences with CRM, ERP, ticket or service management systems are advantageous You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach and a high degree of self-initiative. Communication strength, service orientation and joy in cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders complete your profile
