A personality is sought which not only supervises internal IT, but actively forms it. In this role, you make sure that the technical infrastructure is stable, secure and sustainable.

IT-System Administrator (m/w/d) Space Bremen / Oldenburg | Mittelstand | Internal IT with responsibility Ensuring stable IT infrastructure operation around servers, storage, virtualization and patch management Acquisition of second-level support in complex disruptions including analysis and sustainable troubleshooting Automation of recurring tasks, e.g. with PowerShell, and clean technical documentation Implementation of IT security and compliance requirements including permissions and vulnerability management Working with infrastructure projects, such as Microsoft 365, Exchange or Storage

Complete IT training, e.g. as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification Practical experience in one or more areas of system administration Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, team orientation and a good understanding of the requirements of internal users Very good knowledge of German and solid knowledge of English Experience with Citrix is a plus, but no need
