Do you like to look beyond the edge of pure technology, jongling business cases as safe as ISO certifications and want to actively shape the company's strategic future in the area of cyber security (CRA) and sustainability (ESG).

Then the following tasks could be exactly the right challenges for you:

Leading Integrated Management Systems (IMS): You are responsible for and developing processes & systems in the field of quality management (ISO 9001) and information security (ISO 27001) independently Designing future topics (ESG & CRA): You make the company fit for sustainability reporting requirements (ESG) and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) Interface to the Group: You represent the technical and regulatory interests of the site at the international board meetings of Swedish Holding Business Process Management & Economics: You analyze and optimize business processes and expect business cases for new products or sales strategies

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics – ideally complemented by an economic training (e.g. MBA or Master) or comparable Experience gained in the fields of technical compliance, quality management (ISO 9001) or information security (ISO 27001), experiences with ESG criteria or the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) are not a must but a big plus Industry know-how: Background from the automotive industry (automotive), the land/construction machinery industry or a similarly regulated technical environment is advantageous You are strong in communication, pay affinity, think entrepreneurial and possess the necessary diplomacy for work in the regional middle class and at international level English knowledge for international communication Occasionally readiness to travel
