Technical Sales Special Constructions (m/f/d)

You go proactively to existing and potential customers, understand their requirements, recognize potentials and develop concrete solutions. You combine technical know-how with sales strength and a pronounced sense for people. you actively develop existing customer contacts and unlock new potentials at the customer's premises, you take up requirements and technical conditions and develop solutions in the team that convince both technically and economically you take over the costing of offers and keeps the threads together in the further offer process until customer decision you evaluate material, personnel and external performance costs and compare the offers of suppliers and external service providers you are closely involved in tenders, performance directories and award procedures and check the technical requirements as well as economic opportunities and possible risks in price and offer talks you conduct the negotiations and accompany the process until commissioning for a smooth technical implementation, you agree closely with design, purchasing and project management and coordinate the relevant interfaces your network of relevant stakeholders, decision makers and target customers, you continually and develop it strategically

ideally you are technician or master or Engineer with focus on mechanical engineering or supply engineering a degree as a technician, master or engineer is welcome, but not only decisive: an experienced intern with a strong technical understanding and sales talent can be equally interesting for us Accordingly, experience in B2B distribution and a resilient network in industry would be desirable through your technical affinity, you understand technical relationships well enough to explain them in detail, to accept customer needs and to calculate attractive offers from them you are pragmatic, flexible and work independently you are a skillful and strong negotiation partner with professional customer communication you have good, practical welding skills you have a driving licence and are ready to travel nationwide
