Within the SBU (Business Unit) Rail, we are looking for a direction for development for the Kiel location. The development line is directly assigned to the SBU Rail. Lead the entire development (consisting of system engineering, hardware, software, test, construction and project management) Developing processes and methods for efficient product development Parent planning and management of resources to fulfill current projects

Leadership experience in development Found experience in development processes Experience in the area of functional safety, ideal in the railway area Knowledge of the use of development platforms Economic thinking High personal motivation and personal commitment Embossed team and communication skills Load capacity Good knowledge of English
