Central interface between departments and IT with clear focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Translation of technical requirements in practical solutions in ERP Product Ownership for Business Central incl. Priority and further development Control and implementation of adaptations, rollouts and international implementations Analysis, optimization and digitization of business processes in ERP context Close cooperation with key users and stakeholders to continuously improve the system Use and further development of automation solutions (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps)

Completed/study/training in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL with IT reference or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system Experience in a shaping role in the ERP environment (e.g. Product Owner, Key User, Inhouse Consultant) Good understanding of business processes and their mapping in ERP Ability to structure requirements and translate them into feasible solutions Communication strength and safe handling of different stakeholders Analytical and Structured Operation and Hands-on-Mentality Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps of Advantage Very good knowledge of German and English
