Building and further development of efficient controlling Close cooperation with building management and financial accounting to create transparency and reliable control instruments Creation of target-actual comparisons, evaluations and project recalculations Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Analysis of project data, cost development and profitability Perspective: Takeover of the technical management of the financial and controlling team and further development of the commercial processes
