Let's connect: Immediately, at the closest possible time, in our GIT-ES Identity and Access Management department at Hannover / Germany as a Solution Architect Identity and Access Management (IAM). In the team Identity and Access Management within Global Information Technology – End User Services, we ensure that employees can access the systems safely and efficiently. We manage our identity management solutions and platforms and jointly design access and authorization concepts and the continuous development of our IAM landscape. In your role, you will take a holistic look at the IAM environment: from Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Identity Provider and Single Sign-On to the assessment of new technologies and the secure integration of AI agencies, you will actively shape our IAM landscape.

Continuously optimize and develop our identity and access management system landscape and shape it in a future-proof manner based on current technologies and innovative solutions In the strategic design of our IAM architecture with Accompanying projects to connect new services and applications to our IAM systems Build and establish an IAM governance framework for AI agencies and develop safe agents to optimize our processes Business and project teams advise on questions and challenges related to identity and access management Taxes and coordinate external IT service providers

Completed training as a specialist:in for system integration and/or studies of (economic) computer science or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in identity and access management combined with a holistic view of processes, technologies and requirements Knowledge of LDAP, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO/IdP solutions as well as current security standards and their orchestration First practical experience in the use of AI agents as well as in the construction of corresponding (IAM) governance structures Understanding cloud-based services and technologies (AES) desirable German and English at a negotiated level Ability to analyse complex relationships, innovation and communication strength You may not meet all the requirements mentioned, but you will understand your expertise.
