Own and on-time implementation of the monthly pay bill for a defined group of employees Responsibility for the correct implementation of all accounting, tax and social insurance matters Supporting complex cases such as parental protection, parental leave, illness, occupational retirement and direct insurance Analysis and processing of billing-relevant data – you create transparency and support sound decisions Optimization of processes, methods and processes in the payroll sector (especially in SAP HCM) Cooperation on projects to optimize and digitize HR processes Contact person for employees, executives, health insurance companies, authorities and internal interfaces
