Your duties

• Support of nurses in the activating basic and treatment care of geriatric patients in everyday rehabilitation • Assistance in body care, dressing and dressing as well as during transfer and storage • Promoting patient self-employment and everyday competence through a consistently activating care approach • Support and support for meals and food intake assistance • Observation of the general condition of patients and early transmission of changes and documentation of the care services provided • Participation in handovers, case meetings, team meetings and training

Your profile

• Completed training as a health and nursing assistant (w/m/d), senior nursing assistant (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification • Self-employed and self-responsible work in the transferred area • Very good communication skills and cooperation with all professional groups as well as friendly, sovereign appearance • Pleasure of collaborative cooperation • PC identifiers corresponding to the task area
