Independent preparation and execution of welding work for the maintenance of heat generation and distribution plants in the West heating power plant Conducting welding work on pipes and sheets of pressure vessels, pipes, boilers and heat exchangers Testing of the welded seams carried out (e.g. visual inspection, color penetration methods, strength and tightness tests) including test documentation and marking of the welded seams Preparation and support of external tests including necessary separation and welding work Close coordination with the supervisor and compliance with internal welding instructions (WPS) and relevant safety and quality regulations Production of sketches and execution of metal construction work performing workshop work such as bending, rolling and separation Use of crane systems and lifting work platforms according to appropriate qualifications

Complete technical vocational training in the metal sector e.g. as a plant or industrial mechanic (m/w/d) Valid welder certification according to AD 2000 HP 3 / DIN EN ISO 9606 1 for the method 111 arc hand welding and 141 WIG welding in the material groups 1.1, 5.1 5.2 and 8.1 as well as 135 MAG welding for group 1.1 Knowledge in 911 Autogen welding is advantageous Knowledge and craft skills in forming and thermal separation processes Knowledge of the reading and production of construction drawings and pipeline insulation Willingness to further and further training High quality and safety awareness driving licence class B, preferably BE required; C1E of advantage
