(Junior) Team Leader Warehouse / Group Leader Logistics (m/f/d)

For our location Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin we are looking for you as: Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Team leadership: You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of an operative team of about 15 employees. Control & planning: You are responsible for the operational planning and active support of your team in the daily business. Qualification: You will ensure the integration and training of your team in accordance with applicable work instructions. Performance Management: You monitor productivity, quality and process stability to achieve the defined KPIs. Shopfloor management: You guarantee smooth processes and strict compliance with safety, regulatory and cleanliness standards. Interface function: As a direct contact person of the layer line, you work closely with adjacent areas of expertise. Process optimization: You are actively involved in improvement measures and are keen to address problems or conflict management.

Foundation: Completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics, specialist warehouses (m/w/d) or branches or well-founded experience in warehouse logistics. Practice: Multiannual relevant professional experience in the camp environment. Leadership: (First) Leadership is an advantage – you understand motivating people. IT know-how: Safe handling of WMS systems and sound understanding of operational storage processes. Personality: Strong communication, strong responsibility and team spirit. Flexibility: High loadability and readiness to work in the layer system.
