As a central interface between the IT systems and our customers, you carry out practical user training for the ERP software used and supports the introduction and use of energy-economic processes within the system landscape. With your expertise, you can participate in exciting IT projects, especially in the areas of market communication, system updates and process optimization. You participate in the supervision, monitoring and further development of our IT systems and provide practical assistance in dealing with the systems. In addition, you will support structured documentation and knowledge databases for a sustainable knowledge transfer.

You have a multi-year expertise in the operation and service of ERP software, in particular with software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
