ERP-Consultant (m/f/d)

You are competent to address our customers in all questions about ERP software – from technical advice to technical second-level support. In doing so, you analyze error messages, execute debugging up to the code level and contribute to the solution finding of program errors together with the software manufacturer Wilken. As a central interface between the IT systems and our customers, you carry out practical user training for the ERP software used and supports the introduction and use of energy-economic processes within the system landscape. With your expertise, you can participate in exciting IT projects, especially in the areas of market communication, system updates and process optimization. You participate in the supervision, monitoring and further development of our IT systems and provide practical assistance in dealing with the systems. In addition, you will support structured documentation and knowledge databases for a sustainable knowledge transfer.

You have a multi-year expertise in the operation and service of ERP software, in particular with software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Ideally, you have already gained experience in handling the solution NTS.suite from Wilken GmbH. You can safely work with ticket systems and take the necessary solutions in a targeted manner. You know about interface technologies (such as REST APIs, AS4, Certificate Management) and have experiences in the interface coordination of various applications. Knowledge of the energy industry with the focus on energy-economic market communication processes – especially with regard to framework conditions, challenges and trends – complete your professional profile. With your structured and analytical approach, you will find efficient solutions – even in complex issues. You bring a high self-initiative, are a team player and have a responsible way of working. Embossed communication skills allow you to interact effectively with different stakeholders. We require German knowledge at C2 level (according to CEFR).
