Production worker (m/f/d)

As part of mylife Diabetes Care, we will produce several million components annually for innovative insulin patch pump systems. In the Schwerin industrial park, modern industrial production capacities for future-oriented medical technology are created. To build our production area, we are looking for a dedicated specialist who contributes with technical understanding, care and quality awareness to the production of high-quality medical technology components.

Tasks

• As a machine and plant leader, you carry out assembly and manufacturing processes for our medical products. To do this, use and monitor production facilities as well as test equipment and perform quality checks in accordance with the applicable work instructions.
• They document the production steps comprehensible, for example in batch logs, and work with the ERP system for detecting relevant production data.
• They provide materials for production and support the proper material supply of the plants.
• In addition, you take over the packaging and labelling of finished products in accordance with the applicable requirements.
• They consistently maintain hygiene, safety and cleanroom regulations and thus contribute to a safe and quality production environment.
• In addition, you contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and support the optimization of existing production processes.

Profile

• **Qualification:** completed vocational training in technical or crafts, for example as a machine and plant leader, or a comparable qualification
• ** Experience:** Experience in production, ideally in the medical technology, pharmaceutical or food industry
• **Knowhow:** Understanding production processes and technical processes; experience in the handling of machines and production plants, ideally in the fine-mechanical environment; knowledge of documentation and quality assurance; safe handling of work instructions and their implementation; basic PC skills; Experience in handling ERP systems of advantage
