Trench Germany GmbH, headquartered in Bamberg, supplies measurement transformers to network and power plant operators around the world, each of the 7,500 products being specified and manufactured according to customer specifications. Since transducers are operated in a system-relevant infrastructure, every detail is important. These are technically highly developed devices which require exact manufacturing and function. The challenge is to precisely transform the voltage and the current in high-voltage lines to a lower level. This is then used for measuring and control purposes in the control rooms of the transformers or, for example, in urban switching systems.

In this special role you accompany talents from first contact to long-term development. You identify the right personalities, win them for Trench Germany, shape an appraising onboarding and develop them in a targeted way. So you create an excellent Candidate & Employee Experience – and make a decisive contribution to the sustainable strength of our company. Your tasks: Recruiting & Onboarding: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from need analysis to active sourcing to successful onboarding – and this means an excellent candidate experience. Employer Branding & HR Marketing: You position Trench Germany as an attractive employer in the region, develop and tax targeted employer branding and HR marketing measures, build a sustainable talent pool and foster relationships with potential talents. Promoting Young Talents: You enter training and dual study programs, build cooperations with schools, universities and vocational schools, and shape sustainable junior funding. Talent development & competence management: You identify talents and competence gaps, develop individual development plans and advise executives on succession and development issues. International HR Cooperation & Projects: You work closely with the global HR teams and the headquarters and actively engage in international HR projects.

Qualification & Experience: Complete study in the field of HR or comparable as well as relevant professional experience in recruiting, talent management and employer branding – ideally in the international environment. Communication strength & empathy: Secure appearance, pronounced communication skills in German and English as well as a good sense for different audiences. Strategic & Digital Thinking: Experience with modern HR tools and a data-driven, solution-oriented working style with a view for the whole. Teamability & international cooperation: joy in working in the team and in international HR projects as well as ability to implement global standards locally.
