Site Management Clerk (m/f/d)

You take over the handling of property in all functions of the organization unit (OE), in particular in fleet management and in property protection, building management, equipment, real estate management and in the area of occupational safety/work protection You work closely with other OEn and perceive a central interface function You can organize training for first-aid workers and fire protection workers You work with the specialist for occupational safety (FaSi) as well as the occupational physician You contribute to the redesign and actively support the optimization of workflows and work processes You prepare decisions on complex issues and processes You operate the telephone technology You are contact for service providers and craftsmen Check invoices with your experience You show willingness to take over tasks outside regular business hours

You have completed commercial training and more than 5 years of relevant professional experience You will have experiences in the following areas: fleet management, property protection, building management, equipment, real estate management, occupational safety / occupational safety You are characterized by a pronounced team orientation You have a high degree of flexibility and a targeted and solution-oriented operation with hands-on mentality You bring technical understanding and stand up confidently and convincingly You have good communication skills and a pronounced service orientation You are resilient and always act independently and self-motivated A high sense of responsibility completes your profile
