Financial/balance sheet accountant with management perspective (m/f/d)

Our client based in Aichach is a medium-sized, family-run steel construction company that can look back on 80 years of experience. With about 40 employees, the company supports its customers in the design, construction, production and assembly of architecturally demanding steel and metal construction structures for a wide range of applications. We are looking exclusively at the next time and in direct exchange for a financial or Account Manager (m/w/d) as a successor scheme in full time and indefinite.

In this role, you are not only responsible for financial accounting, but you fill out a central commercial role with a development perspective towards Finance & Organisation in the company.

Responsibility of current financial accounting incl. Sub-books, payment transactions, reminders, USt pre-registrations and current tax topics Preparation of monthly and annual accounts in cooperation with the tax advisor Project and construction-related billing, i.e. preparation, examination and follow-up of billing and closing accounts, close coordination with building management, purchasing and project execution and commercial audit of contract taking into account specific construction features (e.g. §13b UStG, security retention, guarantees) Support for management in commercial issues and evaluations as well as active participation in the optimization and further development of existing processes Personnel administration, participation in wage and salary accounting (in cooperation with tax office), support in the field of time management, medical reports and contracting, personal marketing and training coordination

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the middle class Safe handling of DATEV as well as common MS Office applications Structured, pro-active, independent and pragmatic mode of operation and pronounced sense of responsibility as well as hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and in word and writing as well as communication strength in handling customers and external service providers Experience in the construction, craftsmanship or metal environment is advantageous, but no requirement
