• Care with heart and mind: need-oriented, holistic care instead of 08/15 standard care
• Process responsibility: independent planning, implementation & evaluation of the care process
• Empathy: dignified and sensitive accompaniment of dying residents
• With design: active protection of care quality and the introduction of own ideas for team and residents
