Head of Data Management & Analytics (m/f/d)

With your technical and economic vision, you position Data Management & Analytics as a strategic enabler in the Group and represent it sovereignly with business units, central functions and the C level.

You are consciously relying on pragmatic, sustainable solutions with real business value, actively promoting a company-wide data culture, networking central and decentralized initiatives and applications, and driving data silos to break down.

In addition, you continuously develop the Data Management & Analytics Service portfolio, evaluate initiatives economically and set clear priorities.

As a “Sparringspartner” you conduct your teams with confidence instead of micromanagement, create orientation through clear decisions and give them the space to take responsibility and grow.

At the technical level, you will arrange with your teams for the realization and operation of our reporting, predictive and analytics solutions and our Enterprise Data Platform.

You are in close contact with the stakeholders of our business units and central functions and develop (functional and non-functional) requirements that flow into our data solutions.

You will also work on the implementation of our Master Data Management solution as well as the definition and control of data governance.

Your basis is a completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable training.

In addition, you will bring experience in a position at comparable altitude where you can successfully position yourself with your technical and economic vision at a higher level.

In addition, you have already proven yourself sustainably as a cooperative and trusting leader, who not only demands their team members but also promotes them.

You also have experience in cooperation in in interdisciplinary projects, ideally also internationally.

You feel comfortable in both on Premise environments and in the cloud area and also know you with cloud services in the data area (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks...).

With your fluent knowledge of German and English, you communicate on all levels and also in the international context with a sovereign and secure communication.
