Reference number: 398398 As a technical quality tester in the field of building technology, you play a central role in ensuring the quality, safety and cost-effectiveness of our technical building infrastructure. Concrete: Planning, implementation and documentation of internal audits in the field of building technology (e.g. HKLS, electrical engineering, MSR, security technology) Examination of compliance with legal regulations, standards, internal guidelines and technical standards Analysis of maintenance, maintenance and operator processes on efficiency and compliance Identification of risks, vulnerabilities and optimization potentials Preparation of audit reports and follow-up of action plans Advising specialist departments and technical managers on improvement measures Participation in the further development of internal testing standards and quality guidelines Their field of application is the Greater Berlin. Complete technical training Multiannual professional experience in technical building management, in TGA planning, in operation or in the examination of technical installations Ideally additional qualification or experience in the field of audit, auditing, quality management or compliance Analytical thinking as well as structured and independent working Impressed communication skills and safe occurrence to specialist departments and executives Good MS-Office knowledge; Experience with CAFM systems of advantage readiness to travel within Germany
